A few years ago, however, it was a little too easy when it came to making in- app purchases, and a ton of kids managed to run up high bills on Mom and Dad’s credit card without anyone realizing until it was too late. Recently, the FTC announced that it will be offering refunds for some of those unauthorized purchases, specifically in- app purchases that happened on Amazon devices between November 2. May 2. 01. 6.
